How do I choose a programme?
Open the programme catalogue, choose a category and review the curriculum, fee, eligibility and teaching mode.
When do classes unlock?
Classes and materials unlock after the programme fee is verified. Your institution may assign a programme before you make the payment.
Can my college enrol me?
An approved institution or authorised faculty member can create your account and assign a programme. Change the initial password when you first sign in.
Who marks attendance?
Authorised staff record daily attendance. Students can view their records, but cannot edit them. Backdated corrections are restricted to administrators and require a reason.
How do I receive my certificate?
Meet the programme’s required lessons, assessments, project reviews and attendance conditions. Issued documents are available in your account.
Is university credit automatic?
No. Academic recognition and credit acceptance depend on your institution’s requirements. Confirm these before enrolling.
Can I get a refund?
Review the published refund policy and your programme’s fee terms. Submit your order reference and request through student support for review.
How does a university or teacher get an account?
Submit the institution-access form. The administration team verifies your request before providing account access.
