Information you provide
We use account, academic, enrolment, payment-reference and learning records to operate the platform. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in messages or uploaded documents.
Access to records
Students access their own records. Approved staff and institutions access the records assigned to their role and organisation. Public portfolios are optional and are published only when the student enables them.
Payments and messages
Payment processing may use an authorised payment service. Email delivery uses the company’s configured provider. The website does not ask you to enter a payment gateway secret or bank password.
Browser storage and cookies
An essential session cookie is used to maintain sign-in and protect requests. Remote font delivery may contact Google Fonts. Optional analytics or marketing tools must be disclosed before activation.
Correction and support
Contact the company through the contact page or your account support section to request corrections or ask about your data. Keep a copy of important submissions and receipts.
