Your account
Provide accurate details, keep your credentials private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Institution affiliations and partner accounts are subject to verification.
Programme participation
Review the programme description, fee, prerequisites and schedule before enrolling. Follow the instructions, submit original work and acknowledge sources. Programme participation does not guarantee employment or academic credit.
Payments and access
Learning access depends on confirmed enrolment and verified fees where applicable. A payment browser screen by itself does not constitute confirmation; the account record must be verified.
Completion documents
Certificates are linked to recorded completion and assessment criteria. Misuse or alteration of an issued document is not permitted. Corrected or revoked records are reflected by the verification service.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, share other users’ records or impersonate an institution. Respect intellectual property and privacy.
